If you're not satisfied with your Cricket Wireless product, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. However, there are certain conditions that must be met in order for the return to be accepted. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If the item is returned disfigured or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be made within 10 business days of receipt to the original payment method. If the item does not meet the return requirements, it will be returned to customers with an explanation of the reason for the rejection. Cricket does not issue refunds for rejected returns. If you want to exchange an order, you must first return the original item (see the “Returns” section) and then place a new order online for a replacement item.
By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster. Cricket Wireless offers a very short time frame for returns, so if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you should act quickly. If you want to return a Cricket Wireless product that is not satisfactory, make sure to do it within 30 days.
